Welcome to Z-Axis Designs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Z-Axis Designs provides 3D design, 3D scanning, and 3D printing services ("Services"). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including designs that violate safety standards or intellectual property laws.

• Your Designs: You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the CAD files, 3D scans, and models you provide to us. By submitting a file, you grant Z-Axis Designs a non-exclusive license to use, modify (for printability), and reproduce the design solely to fulfill your order.
• Our Designs: Any proprietary designs, logos, or custom modifications created by Z-Axis Designs remain our intellectual property unless a formal transfer of ownership is agreed upon in writing.
• Representations: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any files you submit for printing. Z-Axis Designs is not liable for any copyright or patent infringement resulting from your submissions.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on material costs, design complexity, and shipping.
• Payment: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise specified.
• Cancellations: Because 3D printing is a custom manufacturing process, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Material Limitations: 3D printed parts are intended for prototyping and decorative use unless otherwise specified. We do not guarantee that parts will meet specific mechanical, thermal, or chemical requirements for industrial or safety-critical applications.
• Varying Results: Minor surface imperfections and slight dimensional variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
• Scanning Accuracy: 3D scanning is subject to the limitations of the physical object's geometry and surface finish. While we strive for high precision, absolute 1:1 accuracy is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and design:

• Custom Items: We do not accept returns for custom-printed or custom-designed items unless the product is physically defective or does not match the approved design specifications.
• Claims: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Z-Axis Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our printed products, including but not limited to hardware failure, property damage, or personal injury.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
